Free your outdoor areas with the bee-friendly mosquito service that uses Biogents CO2 traps instead of toxic chemical sprays.

GreenGuard USA Mosquito Control Philosophy

GreenGuard USA provides mosquito control through targeted CO₂-based trapping systems, not broad pesticide spraying. Our approach reduces mosquito populations at the source while protecting pollinators, pets, and the surrounding ecosystem.

Trap Ownership Program

The Trap Ownership Program is designed for customers who want long-term control and full ownership of their mosquito trapping equipment.

Under this model, the customer purchases the CO₂ mosquito trap system outright. GreenGuard USA then provides ongoing professional service, including scheduled CO₂ refills, trap inspection, maintenance, attractant replacement, and seasonal optimization.

Ownership is ideal for customers who want maximum control, predictable long-term costs, and the flexibility to retain their equipment year over year while relying on our technicians for expert servicing.

Trap Rental Program

The Trap Rental Program is a turnkey solution for customers who prefer a lower upfront cost and fully managed service.

Under this model, GreenGuard USA owns, installs, and maintains the mosquito trapping equipment. The customer pays a recurring service fee that includes equipment use, routine servicing, monitoring, and seasonal adjustments.

Rental is ideal for customers who want professional mosquito control without equipment ownership, storage considerations, or capital investment.

Service Levels and Coverage

GreenGuard USA service levels are based on property size, mosquito pressure, and the number of CO₂ traps required to effectively reduce mosquito populations. Each service tier is designed to scale coverage appropriately rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions.

Service levels range from single-trap residential coverage to multi-trap systems for larger properties, high-pressure environments, or properties with dense vegetation and water features.

During the initial consultation, we assess:

  • Property size and layout

  • Vegetation density and shaded areas

  • Standing water and breeding zones

  • Human activity areas such as patios, pools, and seating zones

Based on this assessment, we recommend the appropriate service tier and trap placement strategy.

Service Visit Process

Every GreenGuard USA service visit follows a standardized, technician-led process designed to ensure consistency, safety, and effectiveness.

Arrival and Site Assessment

The technician begins by reviewing the property layout, prior service notes, and any customer feedback since the last visit. Weather conditions and seasonal mosquito activity are also considered. Each CO₂ trap is inspected for proper function, airflow, power supply, and attractant performance. Any worn or compromised components are replaced as needed. Trap placement is adjusted seasonally to account for changes in vegetation, shade, humidity, and mosquito movement patterns. This ensures traps continue to catch mosquitoes effectively. The CO₂ tanks are exchanged or refilled according to the service schedule. Proper tank handling, transport, and secure placement procedures are followed at all times to ensure safety and system performance. Attractants are replenished as required, and capture chambers are cleaned and reset to maintain trapping efficiency.

Supplemental Control Measures

Technicians service larvicide traps and place plant-based mosquito repellent units around high-use areas such as patios, decks, and seating zones. These measures are designed to enhance comfort without spraying chemicals into the environment. The technician documents all actions taken during the visit, notes any property changes, and flags recommendations for future optimization. Customers are notified of completed service and any relevant observations.

Service Frequency

Service visits are scheduled based on system configuration and customer preference:

  • Every 3 weeks for systems without automated CO₂ timers

  • Every 4 weeks for systems equipped with timers

Service cadence may be adjusted seasonally to reflect mosquito activity levels.

What We Do Not Do

GreenGuard USA does not perform routine yard spraying, fogging, or broadcast pesticide applications. Our system is intentionally designed to avoid indiscriminate insect killing and chemical drift.

Our focus is on population reduction through trapping, not temporary knockdown through spraying.

The GreenGuard Difference

Our service model is built around repeatable systems, trained technicians, and data-driven adjustments. Whether you choose to own or rent your equipment, you receive the same disciplined service process and commitment to responsible mosquito control.
