The rental program includes the trap equipment -- you do not own it and do not need to purchase anything upfront. GreenGuard USA installs, maintains, and owns the trap. The CO2 delivery service is for customers who have purchased their own trap and need monthly CO2 tank exchanges. Both include professional monthly service visits.
Yes. All GreenGuard USA plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel or modify your service with 48 hours notice before your next scheduled visit. There are no cancellation fees.
For standard Austin residential properties up to 1/3 acre, one Biogents trap is typically sufficient. Larger properties, properties with dense vegetation, or those with significant standing water may benefit from two traps or a Mosqitter Grand unit. We recommend booking a free property assessment so a technician can make a specific recommendation for your yard.
The barrier treatment is an add-on service available at $49.99 per treatment to customers who have an active CO2 trap service. It is not included in any base plan. It can be booked as a one-time treatment or set up as a recurring monthly add-on.
